Errands

Your personal concierge can help you complete all the tasks that you find overwhelming. Running to the bank, grocery shopping, pharmacy pick up and religious obligations many times require organization and time management. Sometimes just an extra set of eyes and/or hands can truly ease the burden.

Companionship

Your personal concierge can be your friend for coffee, a steady hand to write letters or Christmas cards or someone to help with minor tasks around the house. Has it been a while since you attended the men's club or ladies club lunch? Don't miss another one! Do you need to shop for new clothes or for an upcoming event?

Menu/Meal Planning

Your personal concierge in conjunction with the Care Manager can provide weekly menu plans as well as grocery lists all designed with your preferences and dietary restrictions in mind. Your concierge can then shop for and prepare the menu for you.

Pet Care

Your personal concierge is able to schedule your pet care! Does your pet need a "Spa Day"! Time for shots? Need specialized pet food picked up?

Away From Home

Your personal concierge can help you if you will be away from home. Emergencies happen! If you need to be gone due to health issues or vacation we can adjust the thermostat, lights, be sure the doors are locked and monitor it periodically. If you'll be gone for an extended period of time we can do things like clean out the refigerator, take out the trash and prepare for your return

Car Care

Your personal concierge can remove the stress of trying to get your vehicle taken care of. It may take multiple calls or sitting at DMV. Is it time for the oil to be changed? How are the windshield wiper blades? Are all the required documents easy to find in the vehicle? How are the tires?

Downsizing Support – assist in selecting items for moving to a smaller space as well as providing contact to estate sale coordinators as needed
Emergency Preparedness – Seasonal weather preparedness
Environmental Intervention and Coordination – Assistance with changing light bulbs, air filters, etc.
Fresh as a Flower program – Service to families to provide flowers for special occasions or “just because”
Holiday Support - Assist with seasonal decorations, assist in securing cards/gifts, accompany to holiday events
Home Safety Evaluation – Comprehensive review of home for potential safety concerns
House/Pet Sitting – available if the client is absent from their home.
In-home Visits – Companionship visits
Lifestyle Companionship – transportation and accompanying to church services, social events, etc.
Medical Appointment Companionship – transportation and accompanying to medical appointments
Personal Errands – grocery store, pharmacy, bank, hair appointments, car inspections, DMV needs, oil change, etc.
Personal Phone Calls – Routine phone visits
Senior Technology Assistance – assistance with programming and using devices
Virtual Visits – Facilitate virtual visits with family and friends
