Our company is built on the principles of respect, optimism, and providing a reliable service. Our goal is to provide peace of mind to our client and family while promoting independence and well being.
We have over 50 years of experience in geriatric care and management. We have expertise in home health, assisted living and long term care, as well as hospital based medical care, skilled care, and rehabilitation. We utilize this expertise to anticipate and manage most situations and problems faced by the elderly.

Our unique service has established our place in this community and Northeastern Louisiana. This allows us to make a distinctive and substantial impact for our clients.
Meet the Team
Anita Holdiness, RN
Anita attended NLU and graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 1989. Anita has been a Registered Nurse for over 35 years, She received her certification in Gerontological Nursing in 1998. Her experience has focused on all aspects of senior care including acute care, long-term care, home health, geriatric psychiatric care, and geriatric care management. Anita has her BLS, ACLS and PALS Certification. She is also an ACS STOP THE BLEED instructor. She has extensive training in Alzheimer's and Dementia. In addition, she has completed the Louisiana Board of Ethics "Ethics Training for Public Servants".
Jennifer Bass, MA
Jennifer holds a Master of Arts degree in Gerontology from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She has worked in various health care services in Northeast Louisiana for over 35 years. These include home health, assisted living, nursing home, in-patient and out-patient psychiatric services, and home and community based services.

We ask the tough questions for you. We act as the liaison between the many facets of healthcare, the client, and the family. Our major concern is always with what is best for the client.

Availability
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We make our contact information available to the client, the family, the facility, care givers and physicians.
